Grass Fed Beef

There may be a waiting period for an animal to be ready. We encourage you to please call or email if you require a specific delivery date.

All pricing is based on hanging weight and we will pay the butcher in their entirety for what is owed for your custom processing when we pick the meat up (about 95 cents a pound of the price) and will contact you for pickup times. When your meat is picked up to you we will ask for the payment for balance beyond the deposit in full.

Beef hanging weights are typically between 550-625 pounds depending on breed.

We have a standing harvest date for the first Thursday of each month so once we know which month you will be booked in we will promptly contact you to let you know after your deposit is paid.

Once your wholesome beef is done aging we will contact you once more to have you fill out the butcher's cut sheet so you can get exactly the cuts you want or have the butcher call you to walk through cutting instructions.
